Q: How can I be assured that all Projectworks Users do not have access to confidential

Projects works secures data and access security by controlling user role permissions. You can configure different roles, each with different access permissions for each set of data. Based on what role a user is assigned to, he/she will be able to access information.

Use Projectworks
Q: How do I access Projectworks?
Once you have completed your purchase or trial registration, you will be provided with a URL. To access your account, copy the URL and paste it on to your web browser or login from the Projectworks website. You will also be provided with a username and password.
Q: I want to provide access to all my project users on Projectworks?
User Management in Projectworks allows you to add and manage users. You can add users, configure their roles and determine their permissions in each module.
Q: Can I upload any type of documents?
Yes, Projectworks supports various documents such as approved drawings, agreements, reports, records of implemented safety measures, project files, lists, site and construction images, and other relevant documents of projects. Different files can be attached and maintained in the Document Library.
Q: I do not have the necessary software to view different documents and files such as
drawing, images, word documents, excel etc.?
Projectworks supports viewing of any file irrespective of the availability of the software. For example, you can open a Microsoft Word document without installing Microsoft Word on your machine.
Q: I want my architect to review my drawings, but I do not want to keep multiple copies.
I would prefer my architect reviews the documents on Projectworks and also save his
comments for further reference.
Your architect can login to Projectworks and review the drawing. He can also save annotations on the file for reference in future.
Q: Does Projectworks support version control of my documents? Can I review all the
versions of document?
Yes, Projectworks support version control. You will be able to retrieve and access all the previous versions of a document.
Q: Can I change the business process to suit my organization's processes?
Yes. Projectworks comes with industry standard pre-configured workflows. You may change the workflows to suit your business needs.
Q: Will I be notified of key developments in the project?
Yes. Projectworks allows you to configure email alerts to notify you of any activity. In addition to this, Projectworks comes with pre-configured dashboard reports which provide alerts based on various project criteria.
Q: Can I review the history on my documents and records?
Projectworks maintains completely traceable history of the transitions occurred on every record. You can view all historical data using the History option for each document or record.
Q: Will Projectworks prompt my team regarding the outstanding tasks?
Projectworks allows users to easily track outstanding tasks for every user. When a user logs into the solution, he/she will land on the Unified task list which lists all the pending tasks across all business processes and documents. This makes it easy for the users to get started with the day's work immediately.

Yes, Projectworks facilitates generation and tracking of daily progress reports and worksite details. Data from these forms are configured to provide status reports on dashboard and also as PDF reports.
Q: My organization has a constant need to add newer reports and forms or change format of
existing ones. Do I need to contact Aurigo every time I require a change?
Projectworks empowers you with the capability of adding new custom forms and reports as and when the need arises, without having to contact Aurigo each time.
